What a busy week we have had in Room 12 as we inch our way
closer to March Break! On Monday we kicked off the week with the
student-selected Outdoor Sports Day. Many students decided to wear their off
roading gear such as their helmets, gloves and chest protectors. Others opted
for baseball equipment and hockey jerseys to celebrate the day. What a great
way to incorporate some of our favourite past times into our classroom. We even
had some off road vehicles enter into our dramatic play area which was very
neat to see.
This week we also welcomed a second Mrs. M into our classroom as a student Early Childhood Educator from Fleming College. So far, Mrs. M has had a chance to learn about us and to share a little about herself through being our Special Helper for the day.
What a great way to start off the week before March Break!
